If you're seeing this no-frills version of Quietsiren:

You've turned CSS off in your browser, or your browser doesn't comply with the CSS2 standard. No one likes to be lectured on their choice of browser--trust me, I know, I'm a Mac user. But if your browser is CSS-impaired, well, there are several standard-compliant browsers out there (I recommend Mozilla or Opera, for all operating systems). You might benefit from an upgrade. The choice is yours.

News & Announcements
12.17.02 Public Service Announcement: Is your Site Meter code valid? Quietsiren's wasn't. (A quick HTML Validator check confirmed it this morning. Bah.) It is now, since I've discovered there's an updated version available. If you've had Site Meter on your web site for a long time and you've never updated the code, be sure to log in to your Site Meter account and grab the new code.

12.15.02: Full site redesign! Read more about what's new and different around here.

And I must give credit to the wonderful folks who volunteered to be my usability test subjects: Sean, Elizabeth, Gabriel, Kristen, Bonni, Mette, Dawn, Sabrina, Johanna, Keith, Auben, Rachel, Nick, and Cassandra. Thank you!
